Pomodoro, locally owned and operated since 1994, strives to use all natural produce and meats organically grown by local farmers, when available and when in season.
We use un-bleached, un-bromated flour in our crust. We use raw sugar, sea salt and filtered softened water in our food preparations.
GLUTEN FREE options are available upon request. Please consult with our servers about any dietary concerns and requests.
